According to an anonymous Best Buy employee posting on the Cheap Ass Gamer forums, the franchise will be marking down dozens of games to $10 starting Sunday, April 26th. The sale covers a multitude of systems, including PS3, 360, and the Wii. Activision has announced which Guitar Hero II songs have made the cut for Guitar Hero Smash Hits . Smash Hits will be a collection of the most popular songs from the first four Guitar Hero games ( Guitar Hero I , II , III , and Rock the 80s ) using master recordings and featuring full band support. Even though the movie tie-in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen ( PS3 , Xbox 360 , Wii , PSP , DS , PS2 , PC) hasn’t yet reached its June 2009 release target, Variety is reporting that according to various sources, Activision already has someone working on another Transformers game for 2010. The Wii VOD channel that was announced some time ago is finally close to release. Very close, in fact. The service will launch on May 1st in Japan.
